Built on the weclapp you already run. Through views you define which data and functions each customer may see. Some of it stays deliberately yours alone.
Tickets & support
Customers open and follow their support tickets where their commercial data already lives — attachments included. Internal comments stay invisible to customers unless you release them. You also decide whether a user sees only their own tickets or every ticket in their organization.
Customers, suppliers & leads
Master-data work directly in the portal: view, create and link customers, suppliers and leads with their contacts — duplicate detection included. This area is deliberately for you alone and cannot be released to customers.
Projects
Customers follow the projects you run for them — with current status, scope and the attached documents, straight from the system rather than from a presentation.
Quotations
Every quotation for a customer in one place: current version, status and the attached documents. No hunting for the right attachment or the latest version.
Sales orders
Confirmed orders straight from your ERP: customers can check status and history themselves instead of asking your back office. Release is independent of the invoices.
Sales invoices
Invoices including payment status, released separately. So you can show a customer their orders while holding the invoices back — or the other way round.
Contracts
Active contracts with their key terms, visible to the customer organization they bind. That ends the question: “Could you send us the contract again?”

The documents filed in weclapp appear right on the record they belong to — on contracts, projects, quotations, orders and invoices. With preview and search, and always limited to the customer organization entitled to them.

You connect a single weclapp instance. Views cut the sections your customers are allowed to see out of it; grants decide who gets which of them.

Views define the section
A view scopes on three levels: which grants it carries (tickets, quotations, orders, invoices), which party it points at, and which statuses are visible at all. Anything outside is unreachable.

Grants define the recipient
A grant connects one view to exactly one customer organization. Its people sign in with their own accounts and land straight in that view — no shared credentials, and no access to your console.

Control stays with you
Adjust or revoke a view or grant at any time. The change takes effect immediately, for every user of that customer.
