Rooted in managed services
ScaleITS GmbH runs cloud, security and workplace IT for companies across Germany. Tools like ACMP, weclapp and Microsoft 365 are its everyday working environment, not a demo setup — and today it is the first Provider operating on Omninode.
A gap every provider knows
Customers rightly want to see their own tickets, devices and orders. The tools were never built for that, so the answer was shared logins, exported PDFs or a full admin account. All three are bad answers.
