Provider–customer portal
One portal for the services you run — and whose data and functions you release to customers, deliberately.
You connect your existing services to Omninode and release to each customer exactly the data and functions meant for them.
How Omninode works
Three steps from a connected service to safe customer access.
- 1
Connect your services
Connect your weclapp instance to Omninode once. ACMP and Microsoft 365 will follow as they ship.
- 2
Scope what each customer sees
Build views that show exactly the data and actions a customer needs. What is not in the view is neither visible nor reachable for them.
- 3
Grant access, stay in control
Invite customer organizations into their views. Adjust or revoke a grant at any time. The change takes effect immediately.
Integrations
Built for the tools you already run
You decide which data and functions from the connected service are released to which customer. weclapp is available today; ACMP and Microsoft 365 are still in development.
Two sides, one portal
For service providers
Run all customer access from one place: one service instance, many scoped views, clean separation between the organizations you serve.
For your customers
Your customers see exactly the tickets, devices, documents and records released to them — without admin consoles, VPNs or someone else's credentials.
Security & compliance
Access you can defend
Scoped by design, hosted in Europe, and ready to answer when an audit asks.
Scoped views, not shared logins
Every customer works inside a view you define. Access is granted deliberately, never inherited by accident.
Hosted in the EU
Omninode runs on AWS in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Your data and your customers' data stay in Europe.
No credential handoffs
Customers never touch your service credentials. They sign in with their own accounts, into their own views.
Answerable, step by step
Views and grants make it reviewable who may see what. And where Omninode carries out changes for you, a log of individual steps and results is created — exportable, and personal data can be erased from it on request.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What prospects ask us before they have an account — about the portal, pricing, data protection, access and the connected services.
General
What is Omninode?
A secure portal that connects IT service providers with their customers. Your provider gives you a scoped view into the services they run for you, so you see exactly your own tickets, devices and documents — nothing else.
What is Omninode used for?
To access and follow the IT services your provider delivers, from one place, with your own login, without juggling multiple tools or shared credentials.
Which services are available through Omninode?
weclapp (ERP/CRM) is the module available now — your tickets, quotations, orders, invoices, projects and contracts. ACMP (managed clients) and Microsoft 365 (compliance baseline) are still in development and will follow later. What you can access is always what your provider grants you, and it is shown in the portal.
What functionality is included?
Secure portal access, sign-in with your own account, role-based permissions (Owner/Admin/Member), scoped service views, and deep integrations with the connected services.
Is Omninode a product or a service platform?
An integration platform. It doesn't replace your provider's tools — it puts a controlled, scoped portal in front of them.
Does Omninode replace existing management tools?
No. It connects to them and gives controlled, scoped access through one interface.
Do I have to use it?
No. Nothing changes for you if you never open it. It's there for when it's quicker than sending a message.
Can Omninode be extended with more services later?
Yes. It's modular; more integrations are added over time.
Is Omninode available for all customers?
Access is provided through your IT service provider, based on your agreement and the services they enable.
Pricing & contracts
Is pricing defined for services via Omninode?
Pricing is handled by your IT service provider as part of your agreement with them. To use Omninode as a provider, contact our sales team.
Does using the portal cost me anything?
No. Nothing is charged through the portal, and your existing contract is unchanged.
How are payments handled?
Billing runs through your IT service provider, who manages your commercial relationship. Omninode does not sell to customers directly.
Is a contract required?
Yes. Access is granted through an agreement with your IT service provider.
Can contract conditions change?
Commercial terms are set with your provider; any changes are communicated by them in advance.
GDPR / Data protection
Is Omninode GDPR compliant?
Yes. Built to GDPR requirements — EU-hosted, scoped by default, data-minimising.
Who is the data controller?
You (the customer) remain the controller of your operational data.
Who is the data processor?
ScaleITS Solutions GmbH, which operates Omninode, acts as processor under the applicable agreement.
What customer data is stored?
Two things. First, the minimum needed to run the platform: user identities, permissions, and the configuration for authentication and routing. Second, aggregated counts taken from the connected services every three hours — how many open tickets, unpaid invoices or managed devices there are — so the portal can show a dashboard and how those numbers move over time. Your records themselves stay in the connected services.
Is my data being copied into a new system?
No. Your invoices, tickets, projects and device records stay where they already are, and are read live when you open them. Omninode keeps only the counts, so it can show you a dashboard.
Does Omninode store device or inventory data?
Not the inventory. Omninode stores how many devices there are at a point in time; the device records themselves are retrieved live from the connected system when you look at them.
Where is data hosted?
In the EU — AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1).
Is data shared with third parties?
Only with the connected services required to deliver the functionality, under contract and GDPR.
Is a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) required?
Yes, a Data Processing Agreement is part of the framework.
Access & onboarding
How do customers get access?
Through your IT service provider, who enables access, onboards you and gives initial guidance.
How do I get in the first time?
You receive an invitation by email, set a password, and you're in. If the invitation doesn't arrive, tell your usual contact and they'll sort it out.
I've forgotten my password.
Use the "forgot password" link on the login page. If that doesn't work, contact your usual contact.
How do users log in?
With their own account, through a secure identity provider (Keycloak-based SSO) — no shared credentials.
Is Single Sign-On (SSO) supported?
Yes. Omninode uses secure single sign-on; your organisation's identity provider — including Microsoft Entra ID — can be connected during onboarding.
Which user roles are available?
Owner, Administrator and Member — they determine what each user can see and do.
Can my colleagues have access?
Yes, and you can do it yourself. The first person invited can invite the rest — you don't have to ask your provider for each one.
Someone has left our company. How do I remove them?
From the users section of your organisation. Whoever holds the Owner or Administrator role can do it. If you're not sure who that is, ask your usual contact.
Who manages users and permissions?
Authorised administrators in your organisation, set up with your provider.
Can roles and permissions be customised?
Yes, adjusted over time to your organisation's needs.
Is onboarding supported?
Yes — your provider performs the initial setup and guides you.
Support
Who do I contact if something is wrong?
Your usual contact at your provider — the same person as always. That hasn't changed.
How does support work?
Through your IT service provider, per your agreement — email, ticketing or phone, exactly as you have it today.
When is ScaleITS Solutions available?
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Those are our working hours as the operator of the platform.
How quickly does ScaleITS Solutions respond?
A first reply within 24 hours of your provider escalating something to us. That is a reply, not a fix — some faults take longer to solve, and we say so and give an estimate. What is committed is that nothing sits unanswered for more than a working day. The response times that apply to you are the ones agreed with your own provider.
There's a Contact Support box in the portal. Should I use it?
That's for the platform itself. For anything about your data, your tickets or your access, your usual contact is faster and knows your situation.
I can see something that doesn't look like mine.
Tell your contact straight away and it will be looked at immediately.
Why provide details when contacting support?
To resolve quickly: company name, affected service or module, a description of the issue, and screenshots or error messages if available.
What is and isn't supported?
Functionality available within Omninode is supported; external systems or unsupported configurations are not.
Something looks wrong or confusing.
Tell us. The portal is improved continuously and that kind of feedback is what shapes it.
Platform usage
Which services are available to me?
The services your provider has enabled, shown in the portal.
Why does something appear in the menu but not work?
Some sections are visible but not switched on yet. If you click one and nothing happens, that's why — nothing is broken on your side.
Is the portal available in my language?
Yes. You can switch language from your profile.
How does Omninode integrate with existing tools?
It connects securely and exposes their functions through one scoped portal — deep integrations, not iframes.
Are actions executed in real time?
Records are read live from the connected service when you open them; speed can depend on the underlying system. The dashboard figures are sampled every three hours.
What happens if a connected service is unavailable?
That service is temporarily inaccessible until connectivity is restored.
Modules
weclapp is the module available now. ACMP and Microsoft 365 are still in development and will follow later; what you can reach is always what your provider has connected and granted to you.
weclapp
What can I see with weclapp via Omninode?
Your own tickets, projects, quotations, orders, invoices, contracts and documents — the commercial slice your provider shares, live from their ERP.
Can I open a new ticket from the portal?
That depends on what your provider has enabled for you. Where it isn't enabled, contact them the way you always have and they'll record it — you'll then see it in the portal and can follow it.
Can I download my invoices from the portal?
Not directly yet. Ask your usual contact and they'll send them, exactly as today.
How up to date is what I see?
It comes from your provider's ERP, so it reflects what they have recorded.
ACMP
What will I be able to do with ACMP via Omninode?
Once the module ships: follow your own tickets, trigger selected client commands, and see rollout templates, inventory, jobs and monitoring for your managed clients. It is not available yet.
What does "scoped / broker" mean?
Omninode will be an access and execution layer; it will not replace ACMP or hold its records.
Which ACMP actions are supported?
Planned: client commands, rollout templates and job monitoring, within your view.
What data is displayed?
Planned: device, job, helpdesk and asset data, retrieved live from ACMP.
Is data persisted inside Omninode?
Not the ACMP records. Omninode is planned to store periodic counts — devices, tickets, jobs — so it can show a dashboard and a trend. The records themselves will be read live.
Are deployments executed directly in ACMP?
That is the plan: executed directly in ACMP.
What limitations exist?
Only the ACMP functionality exposed in your view will be available.
Microsoft 365
What will the Microsoft 365 module show?
A Microsoft 365 compliance baseline (Entra ID, Intune, Defender — CIS-aligned checks) for the tenant your provider manages. The module is still in development.
