ACMP client management, scoped to each customer.

ACMP runs your managed clients: deployment, inventory, helpdesk. The ACMP module for Omninode is still being built. Once it ships you will connect your ACMP instance and give each customer deliberate access to their own tickets, devices and jobs. The console stays yours.

Planned capabilities

What a customer will be able to see and do

Planned scope for the module, built on the ACMP you already run. Which functions and data a customer sees will be entirely up to the view you define for them. None of it is available yet.

  • Tickets & helpdesk

Customers will raise, track and comment on their own tickets — in sync with the ACMP helpdesk your team already works in. Viewing, raising, editing and commenting will each be releasable separately.

  • Devices

Every managed client of a customer with the technical details that matter: processor, memory, battery health, operating system and patch level, plus drives, installed software and network cards. Planned to come straight from ACMP instead of yesterday's spreadsheet.

  • Client commands

Release selected client commands so customers will be able to trigger routine actions on their own devices themselves — without access to your ACMP console.

  • Rollouts

Show customers the rollout templates that concern them and the software those templates contain. It will stay transparent which software is rolled out to which devices.

  • Assets

The ACMP asset register with inventory and serial number, model, manufacturer, location, cost centre and condition — including whether a unit is currently on loan.

  • Jobs

Status and individual steps of running jobs at a glance: what has already been carried out, what is still queued and where a job failed.

  • Monitoring & issues

Open issues on managed clients will become visible directly to the customer they concern. Customers and technicians will see the same picture — limited to the area released to them.

Scoped views

One connection, any number of views

You will connect a single ACMP instance. Views cut the sections your customers are allowed to see out of it; grants decide who gets which of them.

  1. 1

    Views define the section

A view defines which areas are visible — tickets, devices, assets, jobs or client commands, for instance — and limits the data to the ACMP tenant in question.

  2. 2

    Grants define the recipient

A grant connects one view to exactly one customer organization. Its people sign in with their own accounts and land straight in that view — no shared credentials, and no access to your console.

  3. 3

    Control stays with you

Adjust or revoke a view or grant at any time. The change takes effect immediately, for every user of that customer.

Be ready when the ACMP module ships

The module is still in development. Register your interest and we will get in touch as soon as it is ready for your instance.
